• Microphones are on mute during the entire convention.

• Kindly type your QUESTIONS about the topic/s in the Q&A BOX, located at the bottom part of the ZOOM interface. There will be a 5-10 mins Q&A session after each session.

• For greetings, comments and concerns, kindly type them in the CHAT BOX.

• Make sure to accomplish the evaluation form through the link that will be shared to your respective email address to be able to receive your E-Certificate. 

• All Delegates are encouraged to attend the Opening Ceremonies, GDML, and the Closing Ceremonies and 50% of the (8) Virtual Sessions.

• The Convention covers:

  • Eight (14) Virtual Sessions

  • Three (3) Ceremonies: 

  • Opening Ceremonies

  • Gregorio Dizon Memorial Lecture (GDML)

  • Closing Ceremonies

• Virtual Booth which you can visit at everyday at 10:30 AM- 11 AM, during lunch break and at 3:15 PM- 4:00 PM. (please see daily schedule).

• Business Meeting and Virtual Election (for registered members in good standing only). A separate Zoom link will be provided for the members in good standing. ​

• Virtual Elections (for registered members in good standing only).
